Stephen joined a successful team of entrepreneurs in 2005 following
his degree in Business Management and Accounting from a Los Angeles
area California Polytechnic after a very successful career as a
manager of rapid growth / decline and industry / political trend
impacts. Steve is a business strategist and inventor,
perfectly fitting For Fuel Freedom’s goals and objectives
for acquiring opportunities to help other American businesses thrive
in a production-stifled economy. Steve started his
career as an Assistant Controller doing spreadsheet macro programmer
/ accounting specialist type work and climbed into CFO position
for a heavy civil construction company building passenger light
rail and freeway overpasses in the greater Los Angeles basin. His
mathematics skills were apparent in junior high when he developed
algebraic formulas from scratch for the math science fair, and
went on to creating the long formula and algorithm that would diagnose
what components are essential for the proprietary process to produce
sufficient amounts of fuel to meet demand in the United States. Steve
led successful Research and Development trials in 2006. Complimenting
his analytical ability, he is accomplished in various industries
and is able to adapt to any situation relatively fast. Prior
to founding For Fuel Freedom, Mr. Rush successfully launched two
frontier businesses and managed complex teams for design-on-the-go
scenarios. Fifteen
years of experience in corporate management, strategy design, project
development, growth transition, finance, and operations.

Darrell served many years as Production Control Manager of a manufacturing
plant where delivery systems and personnel had to be synchronized. He
is the chief officer responsible for ensuring timely planning,
placement, and production of the facility, personnel, inventory,
and process and is assisting with determination of process flow
and systems analysis in various stages of model simulation and
development.
Raquel brought success to companies in cyclical markets since
joining the workforce in America. Originally from Brazil
where Sugarcane Ethanol is king, Raquel has come to learn why Ethanol
has not been economically viable in this Northern climate. Prior
to For Fuel Freedom, she served as Treasurer for the bulk of her
corporate management for Graham Enterprises, a regional industry
leader. Raquel
has 11 years real estate valuation and regulatory compliance experience. Her
career resume spans the successful completion of hundreds of projects
valued cumulatively at more than a billion dollars. Corporate
financial advise is currently provided by outside services.
Bernadete has over 7 years of combined management and marketing
experience. She spearheaded marketing high-dollar real-estate
transactions from inception through financial closing to High Net
Worth Individuals in Scottsdale, Arizona. As head of
Human Resources for a Brazilian mercantile importer, Bernadete
improved employee relations under tense labor contract conditions
at a significant cost savings by proposing alternative health benefit
solutions. She has broad experience in regulatory compliance,
governmental and community relations. Ms. Belanger
is a graduate of a prestigious Business University in Brazil and
Arizona State University.
The development of these energy ideas have been made possible
by a collaborative effort. Areas of technical expertise
for bio-fuels technologies, microbiological organism research,
as well as thermal energy, systems design and operations, have
all been outsourced to government-funded laboratories. Conflict
of interest clauses prevent disclosure of names and establishments. Patents
for the conversion of cellulosic materials into fermentable sugar
products using an organic hydrolysis process have been procured
